(Aug. 27, 2019) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 fire M-4 rifles during a Category III small arms training and qualification course on board Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu. Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service. They provide task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
