Part II --The Central Issuing Facility, or CIF, provides a brief for the turn-in process for the Organization Clothing and Individual Equipment, or OCIE, at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This video contains information and instruction for Army Advanced Individual Training and Basic Officer Leadership Course students while visiting the CIF. The OCIE equipment is for temporary use only, and will be used by Army Soldiers while training at the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence.
