Soldiers assigned to 42nd Infantry Division, New York Army National Guard, load and deliver food and hygiene aid to residents of Far Rockaway, a community heavily damaged by Hurricane Sandy. Spc. Juan Lopez discusses the objective of the New York Army National Guard in response to the disaster. 190 reservists were on site to provide comfort kits and Heater Meals door-to-door and to staff distribution points for the food and hygiene aid. Hurricane Sandy was the largest Atalntic hurricane on record and caused the greatest damage in New York and New Jersey Oct. 29. (U.S. Navy video by Mass Communication Specialist Seaman Nicholas S.
