The crew of U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Stratton (WMSL 752) moor the vessel at Victor Pier on Naval Base Guam, Oct. 28, 2019, furthering the Coast Guard’s commitment to regional security and partnerships. This arrival comes after seven successful high seas fisheries boardings under the authority of the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission while on their transit between the Philippines and Guam.
