A 39-foot pleasure craft allides with jetty and sinks at Elliott Bay Marina in Seattle after its owner fell overboard while the vessel was still running, June 23, 2014. Coast Guard Station Seattle and Washington State Ferry crews responded to transfer the man to EMS and monitor any potential pollution.
