Port-au-Prince, Haiti – (Feb. 02,2010) – Bjorn Schranz, Director of Agency for Technical Corporation and Development (ACTED), Haiti distributes 1,000 food coupons to several community leaders throughout Port-au-Prince. The coupons are then issued to women within the community. Each coupon will allow a family to receive a 25lbs bags of rice.
