U.S. Army Reserve Criminal Investigation Command (CID) agents participated in Capital Shield, an exercise hosted by the Washington CID Battalion, June 3-8 at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Capital Shield trains special agents on managing major crime scenes and reacting to hostage and crisis negotiations in response to real world scenarios.
