Mayor Marcelo Trujillo of Humacao, Puerto Rico describes the damage to his hardest hit barrios and sends University of Puerto Rico researchers to guide FEMA out to Cayo Santiago to assess the damage and conditions of Monkey Island. All 1,700 monkeys survived Hurricane Maria and 15 babies were born since the eye of the storm left Cayo Santiago.
