Food Service Specialists encounter a problem with the dining facility at the start of River Assault 2012 at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas. With military precision, they tackle the problem by shutting down, moving, and setting up a new dining facility in less than 24 hours. Normally the process takes up to 3 to 5 days. River Assault 2012 is a training exercise that tests the skills of combat engineers by building a floating bridge over the Arkansas River. Includes soundbites from Spc. Amberlynn Walker from Pueblo, CO, 308th Military Police Company (Fort Carson, CO), Sgt. Adrian Bouchee from Chicago, IL, 863rd Engineer Battalion (Darien, IL), and Maj. Gen. William M. Buckler, Jr. from Southside, AL, 412th Theater Engineer Command (Vicksburg, MS). Produced by Spc. Mark O'Rear, 326th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment. Available in High Definition.
