JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. Sept. 21, 2020 — Spc. Francisco Gutierrez, a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear specialist, 688th Rapid Port Opening Element, 832nd Transportation Battalion, 597th Transportation Brigade, was one of the first Soldiers at Fort Eustis to complete the new Army Combat Fitness Test for the record during the 2020 Army Best Warrior Competition at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Sept. 21, 2020.
