FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. (Oct. 4, 2024) - Col. Joleen Pangelinan, 531st Hospital Center DCN, presided over the promotion ceremony of Maj. Ruby L. Cannon to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps, during a ceremony held in the hospital’s Atrium today.
