NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (April 7, 2020) – Electronics Technician 1st Class James Merryman, from Rosebud, Texas, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, removes completed ear guards from the command’s additive manufacturing printer on Naval Station Rota, Spain, April 7, 2020. The ear guards will be utilized by medical personnel and patients at Naval Hospital Rota. NMCB 1 is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. 5th, 6th, and 7th Fleet areas of operation.
