Master Sgt. Raul Iglesias, 156th Airlift Wing, Puerto Rico Air National Guard, Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Puerto Rico, explains the function and operation of the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) a mobile system that allows voice and data communication between remote sights. The JISCC was instrumental for communication during Innovative Readiness Training Ola de Esperanza Sanadora. The purpose of the IRT is to provide medical, dental and optometry care to assist local municipal authorities in addressing underserved community health and civic needs while performing joint military humanitarian operations.
