Soldiers with 2nd Battalion, 14 Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, conducted first-person view (FPV) drone training with the Orca system on May 17, 2025, at Fort Magsaysay. The training showcased the innovative use of one-way drones for explosive disruption, underscoring the Army’s commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology on the ground. Salaknib 2025 is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. Military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
