U.S. Marines, Sailors and Contractors aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for Waterfront Operations Maintenance building. The new facility enhances Waterfront Operations by being capable of an immediate response to contain and recover spilled oil, as well as protective sensitive areas within the bay, providing MCB Hawaii with waterborne Search and Rescue assets, and lastly giving assistance to Military Police by enforcing security.
