Soldiers from the 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team and local stevedores unload equipment from the United States Naval Ship Mendonca at Port of Beaumont, TX on April 23, 2015. Members from the 842nd Transportation Battalion oversee the unloading of
equipment and ensure proper transport to the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, Louisiana. The ship arrived with more than 1,650 pieces of equipment comprised of vehicles, trailers, helicopters and other rolling stock from the 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team of the 25th Infantry Division.
