Med Site Operations for CP-15 in Belize

Operating at the Hattieville Government School, approximately 80 military and volunteer civilian doctors, nurses, dentist, dentist technicians and other support members work alongside host county medical personnel making a daily journey from Comfort, anchored off the coast, to the school. This is a look at what is happening at medical site 1 in Belize. The clips show various things that are offered at the site for free to the public, such as optometry and dental. The site is equipped to handle 600 to 800 patients a day.

Continuing Promise is a collaborative effort with partner nations to conduct civil-military operations including humanitarian-civil assistance, subject matter expert exchanges, medical, dental, veterinary and engineering support and disaster response to partner nations and to show U.S. support and commitment to Central and South America and the Caribbean.
