2nd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment (V 2/2) completes a six month deployment with 3rd Marine Division in Okinawa, Japan, under the Unit Deployment Program from August 2019 to February 2020. V 2/2 participated in exercises like Tiger Strike, Kamandag 3, Fuji Viper, Tiger Triumph, among others. The training conducted in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility provided V 2/2 efficiency and readiness to deploy to jungle environments. (U.S. Marine Corps video edited by Staff Sgt.
