MC-130E Combat Talon Retirement

MC-130E Combat Talon, tail number 64-0523 was officially retired at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M. This aircraft led the way in the Son Tay raid in Vietnam, 1970. The pilot during the Son Tay raid, Lt. Col (Ret.) Irl Franklin, was the guest of honor at the retirement. Available in high definition.
