Porta Nigra or Black Gate, is a Roman City Gate in Trier, Germany, Jan 15, 2020. The Porta Nigra was built in grey sandstone after 170 AD. The original gate consisted of two four-story towers, projecting as near semicircles on the outer side and a narrow courtyard separated the two gate openings on either side. (U.S. Army video by Sgt.
