Army Prepositioned Stock-4 is located in Japan and Korea, where it is managed by the Army Field Support Battalion-Northeast Asia, part of the 403d Army Field Support Brigade. AFSBn-NEA receives, stores, maintains, accounts for, and on-order issues APS-4 assets in order to provide strategic flexibility, support, and depth to U.S. Army forces.
