70th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment
March 6, 2025 | 5:16
U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Alexander Muni, a cannon crew member, Sgt. Zachary James, a howitzer section chief, Spc. Trace Wade, a gunner, soldiers of Charlie Battery, 1st Battalion, 41st Field Artillery Regiment talk about their training with the M109A7 Paladin self-propelled howitzers during the U.S. Table VI certifications and German live-fire exercise at Pabrade Training Area, Lithuania, Mar. 06, 2025. The 1-41st Field Artillery had several stages to complete for this exercise. It started with validating equipment, certifications, and ammunition forecast and allocations. During the execution phase, the howitzers posted at the firing-point while directional crews operated stress systems. German soldiers participated in the exercise through the Artillery Systems Cooperative Activities (ASCA) to send targeting information to U.S. Soldiers for part of their table certifications. V Corps security cooperation efforts with NATO militaries help forces develop lethality, interoperability, and skills critical to defeating potential adversaries (U.S. Army video by Staff Sgt. Rose Di Trolio)
